Governor Holiday receives final report formation

Harbour View – On Wednesday afternoon June 5, 2013 His Excellency the Governor of Sint Maarten, drs. E.B. Holiday, received a draft national decree from caretaker Vice-Prime-Minister William Marlin regulating the dissolution of Parliament and the holding of early elections. In addition, Governor Holiday, received the report of the current formation process from formateur Sarah Wescot-Williams on late Friday afternoon June 7, 2013. The Governor has informed Minister Marlin and formateur Wescot-Williams that he will evaluate the draft national decree and the formation report taken the pertinent regulations into account.
